The Khutzeymateen Wilderness Lodge is a floating lodge based on British Columbia’s north coast in the Khutzeymateen Grizzly Bear Sanctuary. Based within the traditional territory of the Tsimshian nation, the Khutzeymateen Wilderness Lodge offers some of the best grizzly bear viewing tours in North America.

Most of the grizzly bears that frequent the Khutzeymateen Grizzly Bear Sanctuary come back year after year. For wildlife monitoring and identification purposes, each bear has been given a name, something we always try to include in our content which guests appreciate.
